This is a very good third album from Washington, D.C. D.J.s , Rob Garza & Eric Hilton. For those that never heard of these guys, they are a mix of Bjork, ambient music, with a touch of Sweetback and sometimes a political message. IMO, the best track on this cd is "The richest man in Babylon". It's a laid back hip hop/reggae track and the guest MC for this song is "Notch", a Puerto Rican, Portuguese, Native American, Jamaican, Afro-Cuban & French rapper.

Alejandro Sanz-Mas [1997]
Very good ballad by this Latin Grammy/American Grammy winning singer/songwriter/producer. The track is in spanish but don't let that stop you from checking it out. This is off an excellent album, Mas, in 1997 that went 5x platinum & won both the Latin and American grammy for spanish album of the year.

Probably the best of the male freestyle singers, Puerto Rican George Lamond had a string of very good hits reaching both the Billboard's top 100 & placing high on the dance charts. George sings salsa now and is well received in the many hispanic countries. George has an above average voice and "is known for his lyrical spinto tenor vocal quality not found in most tenors of today." [Wikipedia]
This is a song where he demonstrates his range

Probably his best ballad, an excellent song co-written by his guitarist Steve Stevens. In 1984, it went to #4 on the pop charts. The female voice is the chorus is Perri Lister, formerly singing backup in the late 70's-early 80's electronic group, Visage, and Idol's girlfriend at the time. This is off the Rebel Yell album.
